	JIM OSWALT

	PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Jim Oswalt started Oswalt Restaurant Supply from scratch, so to speak, in April of 1988 and remains involved in all aspects of the business to this day. One of his greatest professional accomplishments has been to form an outstanding organization of individuals, each of whom possess great character and abilities. Building upon a strong team of professionals has allowed the company to grow to become the largest restaurant supply dealer in Oklahoma, and in the top 75 in the nation. As a member of SEFA, our national buying and marketing organization which is comprised of fifty of the top dealers in the country, Jim has served as Chairman of the Marketing Committee, and is seated as one of the eight Executive Directors in the U.S. for the organization. Jim has also served as one of the eight members of Hobart Corporation’s National Dealer Council. Jim is a member of the Oklahoma Restaurant Association, the Oklahoma City Rotary Club, and the national Foodservice Equipment Distributors Association.

EDUCATION: Jim Oswalt was born in Oklahoma City where he has resided all of his life. He graduated from Classen High School in 1969 as an Anton H. Classen Medal of Honor recipient. He played varsity basketball, was Senior Class President, Honor Society President and Key Club President. He graduated Oklahoma State University in Business Administration and is a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity.
PERSONAL DATA: Jim’s hobbies include golf, as time permits, and flying. He has been a private pilot since 1971, holds an instrument rating and has logged well over a thousand hours of flight time. He is a Past President of the Oklahoma Pilots Association and has served on their Board of Directors. He is a recipient of the 1999 Pilot of the Year Award, the 2001 OPA Leadership Award, and the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Order of the Lion Award. Jim and his wife Suzanne have been married for 22 years and have four grown children and a grandchild.

	PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Dick is the CFO of Oswalt and founding partner. He is responsible for managing accounting, payroll, personnel, and management information systems. Prior to founding Oswalt, Dick practiced tax and real estate law as an attorney for Henderson, Mann, Claunch, Gamino, and Muehleisen.

EDUCATION: Dick graduated from John Marshall High School in Oklahoma City and continued his education at Oklahoma State University and Oklahoma City University. He holds a Juris Doctorate and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.
PERSONAL DATA: Dick enjoys traveling with his wife of 37 years, Susan, and spending time at their lake house.

EDUCATION: Jeff is a college graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Adminstration.
PERSONAL DATA: Jeff has been married for over 30 years and is the proud father of three boys. He has two wonderful daughter-in-laws. He enjoys lake activities and home remodeling. He is also active in Boy Scouts.

	PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Huff Harper is Vice President for Oswalt Restaurant Supply and continues to reinforce the company’s commitment of building an organization comprised of the best people working together to provide the best service to our customers. Huff began his career at Oswalt in 1993 as Manager of the newly formed Mechanical Division after growing up in a small family owned Air Conditioning & Refrigeration company located in Seminole, Oklahoma. As Oswalt grew he became involved in the Contract Design Division as well as the Sales Division and made significant contributions to their growth. Huff was promoted to Vice President in December of 2000 and began overseeing all three Divisions of the Company. In August of 2002 Oswalt announced that Harper had acquired an equity interest in the company and joined the Board of Directors.

EDUCATION: Huff graduated from Seminole High School in 1984 and is very proud of the awards he received and positions of leadership given to him by both the community and his classmates. He attended Seminole Junior College and Oklahoma State University Technical Branch. Huff holds his Master Mechanical Contractor license in numerous jurisdictions and participates in continuing education programs pertaining to these licenses.
PERSONAL DATA: Huff and his wife Kim were married in 1987 and reside in Yukon, Oklahoma with their three children Courtney, Whitney, and Kale. Kim is an elementary school teacher and along with Huff has been involved in the Mustang High School Touchdown Club as well as the Mustang Cheer Booster Club. Huff and Kim enjoy time with their family, going to the lake, and traveling.

	PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Lloyd joined the Oswalt team in 2001 after relocating to Oklahoma from Sacramento, California. After only a few short months Lloyd had proven his leadership abilities and began a successful climb through the Oswalt corporate ladder. Lloyds advancement has swiftly taken him through many aspects of the company's operation and he is currently responsible for daily operations of the Mechanical Division including control of our labor and equipment resources. Lloyds daily activities impact the majority of the Oswalt Team and his ability to make fair and decisive decisions under pressure are an instrumental key to the success of everything from the daily delivery of a fork to the completion of multi-million dollar projects.

EDUCATION: Lloyd graduated from Valley High School and attended Cosumnes River College in Sacramento, California for an Associates degree in Arts prior to enlisting in the United States Air force in 1992.
PERSONAL DATA: Lloyd was born and raised in California where he met and married his high school "Sweetheart" Tobi. Lloyd & Tobi now live in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with their two children Kassidy and Caleb. Hobbies include golfing, fishing, camping, and softball.

	PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Larry joined the Oswalt team in 2010 as the Dallas/Fort Worth Branch Manager. In 1980 he began a career in the foodservice industry as the equipment purchasing coordinator for a national foodservice restaurant chain working to furnish new and existing restaurants with kitchen and dinning equipment. Larry then went on to manage and co-own custom stainless steel fabrication manufactures giving him an in-depth knowledge of the processes and procedures custom fabricators use to design, layout, and fabricate custom products for your facility. Let Larry’s 30 years of experience in the foodservice industry help make your project a success!

EDUCATION: Larry attended Texas Tech University and is a United States Army Viet Nam Veteran.
PERSONAL DATA: Larry was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. He has been married for 27 years to Linda who is another Lubbock native, they have two wonderful daughters. Larry enjoies family activities, the outdoors, camping, fishing, sports, and working out.

	PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Gari joined the Oswalt Team in 2003 as a dispatcher in the Mechanical Division. Having grown up in a small, family owned, HVAC Refrigeration Company, it became apparent that her overall knowledge and ability exceeded the dispatching position and she was quickly promoted to Mechanical Division - Office Manager. In April of 2009 Gari capitalized on her background in customer service, quoting, and coordination of labor, material, and equipment for projects, by acquiring a transfer into the Contract Division as a Project Manager.

EDUCATION: Gari is a graduate of Seminole High School and pursues continuing education classes pertaining to her position at Oswalt and general business practices.
PERSONAL DATA: Gari has three sons who keep her very busy! Sports play a large part in her life and she enjoys watching football and getting together with family and friends. She also likes reading, fishing, and going to the lake.

	PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Lindsay began working with Oswalt in 2006, managing inventory levels and stock. She moved to inside sales later that year and also personalized customer order guides. In December of 2006, Lindsay became a Project Manager and now estimates and oversees construction projects.

EDUCATION: Lindsay has worked in the restaurant industry for seven years, beginning as a waitress and ending as a General Manager. She graduated from Rose State College with an Associates Degree in Business and is on her way to completing a Business Management Degree at the University of Central Oklahoma.
PERSONAL DATA: Lindsay is the mother of three children who keep her very busy at home! They all enjoy horseback riding, fishing, hunting, and other outdoor activities. Lindsay enjoys reading, traveling, and arts and crafts projects, as well.

	PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Zena has worked in the food service industry for over 20 years on the restaurant operations side. She has been with Oswalt since 1997, and is our National Sales Representative. She is knowledgeable on everything from equipment to smallwares.

EDUCATION: Zena was awarded the Direct Sales Rep of the Year in FE&S Magazine and received a National Award. She is on the Oklahoma Restaurant Association Board of Directors and is Chairman of the Allied Committee.
PERSONAL DATA: Zena and her husband Steve have been married for 23 years. They have two daughters, Gina and Kylie, a terrific son-in-law, Jeff, and two grandchildren, Peyton and Preston. Zena enjoys watching college football, but mostly likes MLB. She likes all the teams; one of her favorites is the Texas Rangers.

	PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Holli was hired in 1999 as Project Purchasing Agent and has since accepted the additional responsibilities of providing management support to the Purchasing and Inventory Control Department. Her previous experience includes Operations Supplies Buyer for Rod McLellan Co. “Acres of Orchids” and “SuperSoil” in South San Francisco, CA for nine years, as well as Accounts Payable for a seafood company also located in South San Francisco, CA for four years.

EDUCATION: Holli graduated high school from Edmond Memorial and has attended Central State University (now UCO), OSU Tech and San Jose State Professional Development in pursuit of her Certificate of Purchasing Management. She will be furthering her education in the spring of 2010.
PERSONAL DATA: Holli and her husband Darrell just celebrated their 26th anniversary. They have 2 daughters, Rachel and Sarah. Holli and Darrell were raised in Edmond and moved to Foster City, CA in 1986 where they resided for 13 years. They returned to the Metro area in 1999 to be closer to their families and purchase a home. Holli’s hobbies include spending time with her family, home improvement projects, and recently has started playing golf with her husband.

PERSONAL DATA: Rebecca and her boyfriend, Teddy, reside in Moore, OK, without the dubious benefit of pets or children.
