Hyer Elmentary
Dallas, TX
Hyer Elementary School consists of the complete demolition and replacement of the existing one-story Hyer Elementary School with a brand new two-story facility. The new building will have a full commercial kitchen, dual serving lines, beverage center and an underground parking garage that will function as a tornado shelter.

Rockwall ES 15
Rockwall, TX
The New Elementary School 15 will be located in Stonecreek Subdivision and will open in the Fall of 2020. 2800 sqft commercial kitchen includes: full service serving lines, cook line, warewash room, walk in cooler/freezer, dry storage, prep line, bakery line and dining room.

Lewisville ISD Hedrick MS
Lewisville, TX
Hedrick Middle School is a new 170,510 SF middle school for Lewisville ISD. The project is on the site of the existing Hedrick ES & Hedrick MS. The school will have an entirely new full commercial kitchen and, serving area. The project expects to be completed during the summer of 2020.

Santa Rita Elementary School
Liberty Hill, TX
Bartlett Cocke General Contractors and Oswalt have teamed up for Liberty Hill ISD’s upcoming Santa Rita Elementary School in Liberty Hill, TX. The project consists of a New 106,000 sf Elementary School and includes a new kitchen and cafeteria to accommodate seating for 800 students.

Mustang Intermediate 3
Oklahoma City, OK
Mustang’s third intermediate school is a 79,000-square-foot facility that will house 750 students. The cafeteria includes three serving lines and was designed to allow for future expansion with minimal construction.

Coppell MS West
Coppell, TX
New construction of a middle school within Coppell ISD. The facility is designed to accommodate approximately 1,200 students, grade levels sixth, seventh, and eighth. The cafeteria includes 1,500 square feet of servery, 540 square feet of bistro space, and accommodates 300 indoor seats and 60 outdoor seats.The servery design includes twenty-five foot long serving lines, parallel in configuration. The flexibility of the serving lines allow staff to provide traditional , featured, and build your own entrees.

TAMU West Campus Support
College Station, TX
Located on the South campus portion of Texas A&M University’s College Station Campus. The 36,240-square foot facility serves as the primary student dining and activity center and includes a full-service kitchen and dining facility. A common space and special collaboration space for students is included as well.

The addition of Vista Ridge Middle School to Keller ISD’s growing population was designed to initially accommodate 900 students and allow future additions to accommodate 1,200 students in years to come. The facility opened with 160,000 square feet and included a new kitchen and cafeteria to accommodate seating for 800 students.
